@the1maxman @PratherForNC What's it like being dumb? Do you have practice at it, or does it come naturally? Perhaps you need a public school sponsored civics class again. The legislature funds projects through bills. The executive branch (the governor) does not.

@PratherForNC Yeah he’s done great by teachers. Their salaries have soared, they don’t have to spend their own money for classroom supplies etc. He’s done nothing for the schools with all the Pandemic $$. This is what happens.
