Working with Dr. Laurel Mines has helped me with the mental side of basketball. It has improved my focus on how I prepare for games and handle set backs with confidence. It’s not just physical, your mindset is the MVP. Her program has elevated my game.

On the court I won’t always be perfect. Mistakes can happen and frustration can build, but I can remain confident because of the work I have done with Neuro Training (Nate Biddulph) and mental performance coaching (Dr. Laurel Mines). I am rewiring my brain to stay confident.
