A new Schoolhouse Rock episode, “I’m Just a Bill,” premieres on ABC. The episode features an anthropomorphic bill swooning on Capitol Hill, and is meant to teach children about the legislative process.

I believe I pitched it (or at least approved it with Bill) with no double entendre intended but a lot of people have interpreted it like that. To me, it really was the idea of not wanting to touch Groundskeeper Willie! Usually Simpsons jokes are what they mean on the surface and people read too much into them.
