This will look like a DLC, but it's just more stuff to test. It gets a name because there's an economy reset, and it's better than just patch 0.2

@DarthMicroT @GhazzyTV Regarding doors: In PoE 1, I would often skip maps that had a lot of doors to open because I didn't enjoy the momentum interruption. Now that we can't specifically choose or skip maps, are there at least less doors out there?
