BREAKING: After roughly two and a half hours of deliberations, a Texas jury sentenced child killer and kidnapper Tanner Horner to death on Tuesday afternoon.

Europe Entry/Exit System (EES). The Schengen area introduced the Entry/Exit System for third-country nationals, including those travelling on short-stay visas. Basically, if you are travelling to any of the 29 Schengen countries, when you arrive at immigration, they no longer stamp your passport for either entry or exit. This applies only to short-stay visas. Under the EES, border officers record your name and passport details, fingerprints and facial image, date and place of entry, date and place of exit, and whether you overstayed your visa or permitted stay. It started on 12 October 2025 and becomes fully operational by 10 April 2026. However, at the moment, some countries still issue passport stamps at border control. So, if you are a non-EU national entering the Schengen Area and you may not be aware, this is how the Entry/Exit System works.
