@Swift_ssbu Technically he’s not hard to maintain, it’s more so to make diddy work IS kinda tricky and requires some harder gameplans to put into place to successfully

@JoshathanGamer Or just any options at all, but I don’t think anyone is arguing that ganondorf is a hard to play. This post was more so about the fact that I constantly see people talk about how diddy Kong is a hard character and yet I feel like 90% of the diddy kongs I watch win on accident

Can someone explain to me what is ACTUALLY difficult about diddy kong? If you say z drop aerials I’m assuming you’re an 0-2er

@Swift_ssbu Good options to contest it since none of his moves have good disjoints or swat it away in 1 hit. That’s a pretty big example but other characters like Snake/Steve/GnW/Duck Hunt/Samus do this as well while also having better pressure options to back up walling him out

@Swift_ssbu Part of diddy kongs major flaw within Ult is although he is one of the best zoners in the game, characters (or even just players) that wall out diddy well can make diddy struggle to get in. Biggest example is Pac Man. When pac man throws down hydrant, diddy doesn’t have

Today marks the 10th year I have been competing in smash. 3/19/16 was my first offline event, went 2-2, teamed with a friend and got bodied. Our dubs loses are the very first “streamed” sets I have to look back on. Not sure if i’ll make 20, but here’s to some more i suppose

I still think ROB only loses to Bayonetta and GNW. Potential for slight loss to sheik and Mii brawler (better Mario).
