CALLING OUT BLUEBERRY FUNDED!!!! As much as I hate that a day like this will come, I still can't keep quiet about it. Coming online to call out a firm is something I've never imagined would happen but this one is coming at a wrong time. I've been with @BlueberryFunded for the past 11 months now, it's been somehow amazing but this action of theirs isn't. Sometime last year, I had a faulty device and logged my accounts into another device to trade till I fix or get a new one, during the period of using another device to trade, I blew those accounts. I wasn't flagged or breached for IP address rule and ever since then, I've traded about 7 or 8 accounts more with blueberry and they didn't breach, flag or ban me. In all honesty, I didn't know the whole IP thing was going to be an issue since I was in the same location when all these happened. Fast forward to Thursday, 5th of March when I lost my parent, I got funded on a $25k blueberry account that same day before I heard the news, had to stay off trading to mourn her but then again, the bills from the burial rites preparation won't clear themselves, I decided to trade the funded account and see what I can raise, started trading last week Monday and by Thursday I was up 5% and cleared 4 trading days, left with one trading day to lock in for payout this Thursday. Around 8pm, I got a mail which I attached to this post that I've been banned permanently from blueberry and my payout won't be processed, I thought it was a mistake and didn't understand why I was being banned. I reached out to our affiliate manager, he explained that the reason for the ban was about IP address, I was confused because I didn't log the active account to any device, then we started digging in and found out that @BlueberryFunded is banning and denying my payout because of an account that I traded and breached 7 months back on another device. I am already going through a major loss in my life rn, don't add to it please. Allow me complete my 1 trading day before my payout date on Thursday, pay me and we'll all be on our way. I understand rules are rules but banning me now is not right, because you had 7 months to ban or do whatever you wanted for the mistake I made due to a faulty device. Affiliating with you for 11 months has been a wonderful one but at this point, it's not my mistake anymore because the account you're breaching now did not breach any rule and breaching me for an account that isn't active anymore doesn't speak good of you. @Joshify001 Mostly likely the leverage, barely any props offer over 1:5 on crypto pairs, most are 1:2 or 1:1. So you have to calculate the max lotsize you can open on btcusd for your account size given your available leverage, if you use a lotsize higher than that, it will be canceled.
