@BestBuy had me on hold for almost an hour then the rep said she didn’t know. I asked for a supervisor. She said it would be a 2 hour wait and immediately hung up the phone. Really!? I paid for something and now can’t get it or get answers about it. #badcustomerservice

@Glad_Vol @GovBillLee I’ve been home. Look at the days again. The traffic went up during the work week and down on the weekend. People are doing pretty good. Not perfect but not worth mandatory lockdown.
