The Johnson County Apples Coalition is hosting its annual school supply distribution on Saturday, August 1! The distribution will begin at 9 a.m. at Cleburne High School (850 N Nolan River Rd., Cleburne, TX 76033) and will run until noon or while supplies last.

We want to extend our thanks to our officers and all the groups involved for their dedication to keeping our community safe!

The JISD Police Department, in collaboration with several local law enforcement agencies, will be hosting K9 training at Plum Creek Elementary and the bus barn today, July 15. There will be an increased law enforcement presence in that area, but there is no cause for concern.

If you are unable to make it, yearbooks can be picked up in the Joshua School and Public Library during its hours of operation until school begins on August 11. Questions? Contact Mr. Vogelgesang at vogelgesangd@joshuaisd.org.

JHS yearbooks have arrived, and the yearbook staff is hosting a pick-up this Saturday in the Joshua Community Room from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.!

The JHS NJROTC program had a strong school year as usual! The cadets showcased their commitment to excellence, earning local, area, and national awards in 2025-26. Their accomplishments highlight their talent and the support from teachers, coaches and the community. #UnitedWeSoar

The update is complete, and Skyward is now available.
