I’m excited to finally share – @GustoHQ is acquiring @moseyworks to fight Compliance Inflation 🔥 A third of small businesses get fined for lack of compliance EVERY year. Why? 15,000 new laws and regulations are passed annually, and old ones almost never go away. Added a new hire? Depending where they live and work, you now need to comply with a pile of registrations, filings, and deadlines that no one warns you about. @alexkehayias lived this pain. He started multiple businesses, made honest compliance mistakes, and missed tax deadlines. Scary government letters, fines, paying lawyers, phew. But then, he realized thousands of other founders hit exactly the same wall right after formation. So he built Mosey to fix it. And now Mosey is joining Gusto. Together we're building more compliance capabilities directly into the platform — local, state, federal compliance intelligence, mail processing, filings, renewals, tax obligations and more — so small businesses don't need an expensive compliance expert to stay on top of it all.
