Been going to Starbucks everyday since 2006 for the chai tea. @starbucks why would you change a perfect recipe??? The only thing that is good about this change is more money in my pocket as I am out.

@AmericanAir arrived in NYC, to find my wife's Briggs & Riley luggage destroyed: crushed, dented, and even has a hole in it. How in the world could this be terribly mishandled? Cost us valuable time today and now we need to find luggage for trip home #CustomerService #TravelFail
