The event was fully organised by and was the responsibility of Enchanted Horsham which is an independent commercial operation who applied to the Council to stage the event in Horsham Park.

If anyone wants to complain about #EnchantedHorsham email them at hello@enchantedhorsham.co.uk - we just joined a queue of complainers at the entrance and they just gave us this address to complain (not the door staff's fault, just frustrating).

What a hugely disappointing event. HUGE queues, vastly inadequate toilet facilities, rip off prices and laughable 'entertainment'. All I hear around me are people complaining, with damn good reason. The free fun day was miles better. #enchantedhorsham
