@n6oflife6 Definitely need clearance on every production, feature and songwriting contribution from other parties. The music business is getting some more structure making it difficult to release any track without proper clearance even though the collaboration is between friends.

I have a rap Album I recorded from 2014-2016 at Knighthouse studios. It is an Incredible body of Work. I had Tracks featuring Olamide, Vector, Iceprince, Shaydee, Dremo, Aramide, Pepenazi, Icebergslim, DJ Babus, Traffiq…. etc. You Name it I got it.
My Label CEO at the time tragically passed away on Holiday, then Yahoomail somehow Lost my email for some weird Reason, I guess bcos that time I Had a lot of people on the team who had access to it.
Luckily for me I got the email back from Yahoomail recently and most of the songs are still there.
The music is so evergreen. Every artiste came correct. The @Olamide rap verse on YOYO needs to be heard today. It’s Madness. The songs all sound like they were recorded just last week.
Only thing I wonder is if I can Still release that project today? How to go about it And whether I will need to seek Approvals & Stuff since the Upload game has changed entirely in this new Streaming Spotify, Streaming, Cuts & Royalties era. 🤔🤷🏽♂️🇳🇬

As Christmas approaches, I can’t help thinking about those people who have lost their loved ones to this reckless banditry in and avoidable deaths in this country. Can’t help thinking of those who are still living in so much fear in their communities. Places that once held joy 🥲

I traveled 9 hours on the road for a period of 5-6 years for university. My most concern was what to buy on the journey so I didn’t get food poisoning.

I doubt you've ever set eyes on the so-called video. The Oba had a meeting with Igbo leaders in Lagos and said that if they didn’t support Ambode, he would throw them into the lagoon — and they all laughed, because it was clearly a joke.
An Oba doesn’t need your permission to endorse candidates in his own land, but he still honored your leaders by meeting with them.

How do you threaten to chase away people’s Obas and chase them down to Chad—and then not expect them to change their attitude toward you?
You don’t make these kinds of statements about anyone and expect nothing in return. Respect is reciprocal.
