Being neurodivergent or an intuitive in the myers briggs often means translating your inner world for others, and still being misunderstood. It’s sometimes noticing that, “I don’t make sense to other people.” But you do make sense. Just not in their language.

Instead of seeing desires as purely selfish, we can recognize them as sacred. It’s the language ur soul speaks to lead you toward aliveness. Tending to ur desires can be a form of spiritual hygiene, an essential act of care for ur soul. It’s how we honor the life force within us.

If you've noticed I sound tired in my YouTube videos, here's a clue: I recently found out at a sleep clinic that I get only 4% REM sleep, similar to what my Fitbit shows. It's just one night's data, but it does highlight a consistent pattern of minimal REM sleep.
