Man what a weekend. I am officially an IRONMAN!! 15 hours & 20 mins of the most beautiful torture any person on earth can experience. It's hard put into words what this weekend means to me & going to for a little while. But son of a bitch, we made it.

It’s a blessing to be able to go for a run in the morning Feel the road underneath your feet. Lungs taking in the cool crisp air. Sun peaking over the horizon. Pray I never take it for granted. Thank you Jesus.

Ran my car outta gas today on the highway Had 3 people pull up within 5 minutes asking if I needed help, a ride, etc Although I hope it never happens again It reinforced the fact that most people are good & want to help To the gas station I go lol
