This concert was fun but I was really taken aback by the number of middle age men with >30% body fat walking around chugging beers with college students, when they really should be trying to looksmaxx. @odedanilo There are very clear exceptions (like anything in engineering, healthcare, law, most sciences, data/statistics, to name a few) but if you found college extremely difficult there’s a chance you’re not all that smart. Having a degree does not mean you’re intellegent.

A lot of truth here. Don’t really understand the hit and lift aspect to teaching tackling. It’s unrealistic.
You want to hit “through” the runner, a “penetrating” tackle with force projected more horizontally and towards the the ground. I like to think more “Saw him in half”
The only time this is realistic is when you have an inside out tackler on a runner with a flat angle and the runner can’t see you. More of a DL pursuit tackle down the line. That’s really the only time you can “sprint” through him.
More realistic you are hitting him thorough the shoulder and not down the middle face 1st.
Still, force should be through him and towards ground. Not lifting on rise.

@TonyML522 @RUGBY_STR_COACH you can do that without the giant pad. 1) this is teaching them to land with their weight on player - penalty. 2) it's not teaching them how to take a player to ground while landing safely - injury. Just practice tackling the pad on the turf, finish and roll.

@RUGBY_STR_COACH Training the athlete to bring their feet and finish. Clearly the pad can’t simulate a real tackle, but this safely simulates bringing your feet. In a live game situation, it’s get them down any way possible. 🤷🏽♂️

Indianapolis is an incredible big event city. Easily Top 5 most walkable cities. My hotel is connected to the media hotel, team hotels, convention center and Lucas Oil Stadium. I know the weather isn't always great but with a skywalk system this great does it really matter?

@GROMS3 @JoePostingg I think it's more "subtle" in America cause we know too much and assume it's science? We hear all the time of babies who doctors say are "not supposed to make it" be born. We hear stories of people having cancer or problem then get imaging and its just gone.
