@Jhadj_OriGin8or @DonDurrett @Fuxl13 @tottes1985 I'd say it is often a mix between bureaucracy, the public opinion and the government opposition (or smaller political groups) that are able to put down projects very easily. Corruption doesn't play a big part in relation to this topic.

@JrKulta @DonDurrett @Fuxl13 @tottes1985 Spain is a Mediterranean country... The culture is laid back yet extremely corrupt and bureaucratic. I doubt a project will go through unless the state wants and if it wants it would have happened already.

@Fuxl13 @DonDurrett @tottes1985 I think I know where Spain is... since I am Spanish and also a mining engineer. And @DonDurrett is right. Unfortunately most projects don't go anywhere here.

@Fuxl13 @DonDurrett @tottes1985 It is extremely difficult to approve a projects in these lands. Good projects can be easily put on hold for years and when it looks it'll happen, something will stop the process again and again.

@TheGoldAdvisor If I'm correct, in their documents they are ahead with the detailed engineering and waiting for approval. I'm unaware of how likely a project so advanced could be put down in Mongolia but seems that they are on the right track. Thank you Jeff for the comments!

@JrKulta The potential for significant gold discoveries in this new zone means Khundii is likely to get bigger & better. The risk is Mongolia, but a lot of analysts are getting behind this story. Personal portfolio move: took profits on Erdene Resource today, am up 210%. Taking profits on the big gainers has allowed me to buy 5-6 other mining stocks. Still hold a large position in Erdene, Eric Sprott likes it too, check company presentation on their website if interested.
