It’s interesting how the Venezuelan people are proving that they may not be the animals some folks on a certain political side tell us they are. They’re heroes working around the clock with barely any resources rescuing folks at all parts of the day. Lets us keep praying for them

Last night, the Mets traded David Peterson for prospect Cole Mathis. Peterson was previously the only pre-Cohen and longest-tenured Met. He had a 6.09 ERA this year after his 2024 All-Star season.

This was one of the sloppiest games I can remember watching. Six errors is almost unthinkable. The Mets have now allowed 50 runs in their last five games as things continue to spiral downward. Five straight losses. Seven in their last nine. It’s very, very ugly right now.

@MetsAvenue I’m in section 110, I counted 8 errors I’m not sure why they only got charged for 6.
