@BBQsnob @theburgershow @MotzBurger They also season (salt and pepper) the patties after it’s cooked. Mayo, mustard and sliced cheese keep at room temperature. It’s the little things that makes Herds my favorite.

We’re headed north today. First stop isn’t BBQ, but my first time at Herd’s Hamburgers in Jacksboro was a fine one, and a crowd pleaser. First time I’ve seen a double cheeseburger w/ the “toppings” between the patties.
