@NafisaIstami My top priority is the warranty (I think there's a sliding scale of quality from manufacturer > carrier like Assurion > seller). Would view most 90-day seller warranties on eBay to be worthless, but the eBay one is legit.

@NafisaIstami Sony's eBay refurbished (2 year warranty) has come up less than $100. Love the option to toggle transparency and noise-canceling...they added two device connectivity in a software update this year which has been super helpful for daily work.

Would be great to see, especially building on the track record of the First Point Collegiate Challenge held in Austin. Likely some of the same arguments can be made as in MN, a diverse population of athletes with available court space if held in the spring. @HCHSA

How should we feel about pro leagues and teams getting involved in youth sports? Bring it on.
They're entering the space to develop fans for life. Unlike many youth programs, which are incentivized to charge as much as they can from families.
They can be positive disruptors ... if they can provide quality experiences that rebuild local, low-cost play.

@TomFarrey Doesn't seem to be a strength of the leagues (although teams may do a better job) so they've worked through partner orgs to date like RCX again for NFL Flag and MLB with EL1.
Academies for MLS franchises are different as there are economic incentives with player contracts.
