Just back from a 3 day super peaceful solo kayaking adventure with two nights by night camp! A full film of this adventure out this week!

Nice and wild winds & choppy waves on the river shannon today! A hr of fun fun fun 🤩 and a few 💩 moments 😂

As cold as the sea is now it’s still a beautiful feeling! Dip when we can as it’s a pure magical feeling.

Finally getting back to my regular fitness & I know I’ll get stronger then before. ( loved running up to summit & jumping rocks & lots of people on way down 😂) Believe in yourself - Stay positive & healthy- Drink lots of water & rest well… 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ #runhappy
