🚨 Major development The Colorado Court of Appeals just overturned Tina Peters 9 year prison sentence and ordered resentencing. The judges ruled that the original sentencing judge violated her First Amendment rights by punishing her for speaking out about election integrity and 2020 concerns. You cant give someone extra prison time just for exercising free speech. Colorado AG Phil Weisers response was completely out of line when he said “Whatever happens with her sentence Tina Peters will always be a convicted felon who violated her duty as Mesa County clerk put other lives at risk and threatened our democracy. The next couple of weeks will be big and if we want this momentum wave to continue we need this war in Iran to end in the upcoming weeks like Trump said. We need a hard nosed son of a bitch to takeover as AG, and we need all guns pointed directly at DC. It is time to start seeing arrests and accountability.
