@Siofra_Mariner I just felt like both stories would’ve been better served in their own expansions. It’s been a long time since I played it but there were moments where things were picking up steam in one place and then the msq like “yeah we need you to go back to the other place instead”.

@JudgeJaredFFTCG For me it works pretty well since they’re both oppressed by the same group. So any atrocity you see in Doma you can assume similar things are happening in Ala Mhigo and vice versa

I’m not that far into Stormblood so far but unless the storytelling suddenly takes a nosedive I’m really not seeing why I’ve heard for years that so many people hate it. I’ve been really enjoying it so far, probably even more so than base HW at similar points in their story

@FFTCG_SQEX Thank you very much for helping me understand how these all play out. This face-down procedure is only used because the cards are coming from hidden zones, correct? For an effect like Serafie the selections would be publicly known at all times during the process?

@JudgeJaredFFTCG That's right. Search face-down in order, then reveal them face-up at the same time and add them to your hand.

@FFTCG_SQEX When resolving Black Cat’s auto-ability is this the correct order of steps? 1. Turn player reveals the character they are playing (if any) 2. Non-turn player reveals the character they are playing (if any) 3. All revealed characters enter the field simultaneously

@FFTCG_SQEX Similarly, for Prishe’s effect would the turn player search for a forward and place it face down and then non-turn player searches for a forward and places it face down and then both are revealed and added to the players’ hands?
