Sometimes lecturers get tired of high yield and ask the basic-est stuff. Coz explain how no 1 in an MB exam is draw and label an animal cell with notes on 10 organelles.

How can a lecturer with all the shege that we see on the daily in this Medical School be soo kind as to give the students Area of Concentrations for an exam and you being the "Holiest Person " in class stupidly go and report to the management for malpractice, like are you mad??

One thing about medical school is that sometimes your brain can embarrass you at the worst possible moment 😭 My Anatomy Viva was in the afternoon after I had already done the other viva exams. Before Anatomy, I had my MBCH viva and it went so well that the examiner actually clapped for me. I was so happy and confident. Then I entered Anatomy. I had not eaten since the night before, and because the viva was in the afternoon, I was already very tired and exhausted. The examiner carried a femur and asked me if it was a right or left femur. I got it correctly. Then he said I should use the visible landmarks to explain my answer. That was where my problem started 😭 My brain just switched off. I could only identify like 2 landmarks. Then he asked me: “What are the structures at the lower end of the femur?” And I said: “Medial and lateral malleoli.” Omo 😭😭😭 The man shouted immediately and I quickly corrected myself: “Condyles sir.” Then he asked: “Which one is larger?” And instead of saying medial, I said lateral 😭 At that point, the viva was already gone. He just looked at me and said: “Bye bye, call the next person.” That day taught me that sometimes it’s not that you didn’t read. Your brain is just tired, stressed, hungry, and exhausted.

@medikozone I haven't even finished, because I was mixing them up for some odd reason, when he asked me to mention the terminal branches of facial nerve... I only remembered one, and then he asked me about the branches of the first pharyngeal arch.. Guy.. I felt so overestimulated😂
