Can any lawyers out there explain to me how a case can get all the way to the Supreme Court without someone doing basic fact checking on the credibility of the plaintiff’s actual claim?

The same Supreme Court which decided that it is not in fact, a violation of Constitutional rights to strip women of their bodily autonomy thinks it just might be a violation to stop domestic abusers from purchasing guns. So a woman who has been raped by her abusive husband will potentially have less access to an abortion than the man who raped her will have to a gun.
