Nick Baumgart of Florence scored two points via layup.
Ben Samz of Crandon scored one point via free throw.
All points in the game were scored in the 1st quarter.

Not endorsing a platform is a bad move by the @WisBCA. Coverage is already suffering for high school sports locally. This is only going to make things harder and more inconsistent for all state selection and coverage of our high school athletes that deserve the coverage. Shameful

@JordanLoppnow I don't think people understand the crisis that girls BB is facing. Small schools w/no JV teams, D1/D2 teams with under 20 kids, etc, are very common. Club model has weeded out marginal kids much earlier, but Club VB in particular pushing girls to specialize has been killer.

@CoachMBullis I also believe that “win at all costs” coaching in youth sports contributes to the declining participation numbers in high school. Kids don’t have the tools or skills built in youth programs to be successful so they choose not to play when they reach HS.

Not just baseball… Do you know how many youth BB teams are ruined because of poor coaching? They install 15 OB plays and 5 offenses for 10 year olds but none of them can dribble with their off hand or make a lay up… and then the kids never are productive in HS when it matters…
