Less than 65 years ago, that same country had separate bathrooms, schools, and bus seats by skin color. 🇬🇧 England built much of its economic power on the transatlantic slave trade, and its colonial empire left a record of institutional racism across four continents that's still being reckoned with today. Before pointing fingers, it might be worth looking at your own history. Argentina has its own unresolved issues, like any country — but calling it "the most racist country in the world" isn't criticism, it's misinformation. Los argentinos no somos europeos y tampoco latinos, somos argentinos y eso es lo que el mundo no acepta. Somos esa mezcla del bombo indígena con la guitarra española para crear la chacarera a la que despues se le suma el acordeón alemán para crear el chamame, somos la comparsa que es una adaptación de la música afro, somos todo y no somos nada según los estándares mundiales porque no aceptan que somos simplemente argentinos y estamos orgullosos de eso.
