Well, this is a first. Someone spoofed the # of @ICE in Newburgh and called me 3 times just now. 845-831-xxxx. It was a loud call center, and when they asked for "so and so" I told them "not them". Their answer was "well who are you". I said "not them". SCAMMERS suck.

@Sadie_NC 99% of the time, I don't think it matters. Only bulkhead and emergency exit seating should be respected for reservation. A 5'4 grandma isn't appropriate for the emergency exit as someone larger and stronger is necessary should it need be opened.

Southwest Airlines tells this woman that she is in the wrong seat. She needs to go to the seat she purchased, even though the seat she moved to is empty. Should passengers be able to sit in any open seat?
