JANNINE: tough? not hardly! Is this parody? First, there are human rights—period. Second, a trans person is human, so there’s no separate category. Creating a divide where none exists is how propaganda works, and people who think critically can see through that. No group gets to invent a separate set of rights beyond what already applies to everyone. We don’t see “heterosexual rights” campaigns because basic rights already cover all people.
