@EDI_Airport @JuliaMoonDocs Absolutely shocking response. It’s your airport and you give the contracts to these companies so start taking bloody responsibility. Your airport is in chaos. We waited nearly 3 hours last night for our cases. An utter embarrassment of an airport for a capital City

Absolute shocker @EDI_Airport with baggage delays. Took my 7 year old to pick up family we haven’t seen since pre-Covid. Had to leave without our loved ones at 10pm, we’d been there 2 hours and no bags… why is this happening & why aren’t you being open about it so folk can plan?

@EDI_Airport Who is responsible for communicating clearly & effectively with passengers? Tell people how long they should expect to wait - clarity goes a long way in frustrating situations. Give them a bottle of water. And some seats. @EDI_Airport you can ask this of your partners.

@JuliaMoonDocs Hi Julia, I understand your frustration at these delays. Airlines and handling agents are responsible for the safe return of passengers baggage, not the airport directly so they are best equipped to handle any enquiries on this subject. LB
