Precise targeting for TUS is crucial. However, images for navigation are often acquired in a different position even though positioning of the head has considerable impact on brain shifting; a problem which has not been discussed enough in the TUS community.

I think this is very important to raise awareness and start a serious discussion. I am not sure pausing development is a solution though since probably not all countries would commit. Thus, there's even more need for pushing consciousness research
