What is Accountability? It is caring enough about your team success such that you hold an individual to the standard needed for the team to achieve excellence. Always WE > ME.

Control what you can control. Keep your emotions in check. Live the standard, not your situation. Own your response. Forget the last play, play the next play. Leaders can’t just preach it, they must live it and empower others to live it. Be the standard.

Your self-talk is the most important conversation you have.. - "You got this, remember all the work put in" - "You're better than that, next time I got it" - "I can't wait until next at bat" - "Trust my preparation, I'm ready" Program you mind to help you, not hurt you

As an athlete, be prepared to face failure many times in your career. You will be overlooked. You will be doubted. You will be rejected. You will suffer from slumps and injuries. But you must stay positive and persevere until you succeed!
