@tfwrail arrived at Treherbert station Friday 4th July, 15:40 tapped on but no sign of train. Board said next train, 16:10 was cancelled. Spoke to staff who said tap back off (needed to make a different travel plan) and I shouldn’t be charged. I have been. Please advise
