@RealDeniseWelch People weren’t as dehydrated years ago as they ate less processed foods and didn’t have the pollution and electro magnetic stress we have today🤦‍♀️🤪 I wouldn’t say we all need 2 litres of water a day. Some may need more if exercising or it’s hot. Check out urine colour charts 🧚‍♀️🪄

This water thing. I don’t think my mum and dad ever had a glass of water except to take a tablet!! It was tea or alcohol for them and pop for us!!! How did everyone survive without 2 litres a day I wonder?? 🥴🥴🥴

@drmarkhyman Yes and it’s great advice @drmarkhyman I do Qi Gong exercises outside now every morning and have felt so much better for it. Even if the weather is cold I just wrap up. Best to wear as less as possible when the weather is good though 🙏👌🌞😍
