@WeAreOpenreach Yes my provider says it is down to the lack of availability of your engineers with the training required to fix the problem. Those affected in my street are calling our providers daily to try to escalate this with Openreach. They suggested I contact you directly as well

Well, that's our Christmas out. Thanks to @covid & not helped by delayed UK cyp vaccination. Middle daughter has covid. First Christmas without my mum, we were hoping to spend it with my dad and brothers. Not sure how we will keep middle one isolated. Know lots in same boat 😞
