@dbfly66 @DundeePiccolo @SkyNews I’ve been several times - lots to enjoy but on balance the local food choices aren’t really for me. But it’s a huge country so there are probably some regions where the food’s ok. Literally - just a matter of taste. Each to their own!

@DundeePiccolo @SkyNews Why not? Shanghai’s an amazing city. China has a rich history- it’s quite a beautiful country. OK, it’s a one party state rather than two party but citizens don’t gun down kids like in the US. Streets aren’t lined with homeless people like US cities. Food’s not great though!

Turns out tattooing & piercing aren’t a giant leap from microbiology: clean & dirty areas in the studio, aseptic techniques, autoclaving, ultrasonic cleaning, vaccinations, RIDDOR, COSHH and council inspections for compliance. And a daily cleaning regime #hygiene #microbiology
