@shaiyaxh There is hardly any evidence,that has come out, that shows rape was certain. The medical reports show a UTI injury, which can happen in a consensual sex.
There seems to be a lot of logical inconsistencies to make it true, considering she shared the bed.

One of the best advice I got from a mentor, who was a big and successful INR trader was .. "Vaibhav, your calls on markets are bang on a number of times, but you should let them run to the target and till there is a turn. Don't jump on to a reverse trade immediately."
And hence patience is a key when you get your trades right, maximize it.

She is talking from the POV of a registered pre-owned vehicle dealer. '12 lakh mein Kharida' - customer purchases the used car for 12lakhs from the dealer.
"9 lakh mein bhecha" - Someone sells their car for 9 lakhs to that dealer.
GST is on the 3 lakhs profit that the dealer makes in this transaction

Car is a fixed asset , it depreciates. If you sell a used car either you make profit or loss. Hence it should be subject LTCG/STCG tax only if you make profit.
How is selling a used car misconstrued as selling a service ? On leasing i can understand , on leasing GST is already applicable.
When VAT (value added tax) was replaced by GST , Goods tax was applicable in manufacturing value chain. How can end user be considered as a person adding value by using the goods. GST on used car sale is illogical.
