We were able to propose one of the immune evasion mechanisms in CRC through single-cell RNA sequencing, and validated it with cell-based experiments. Our study has been published in Cancer Communications. spj.science.org/doi/abs/10.341…

Is the GRN that governs development easier to control in the early or late stages? We analyzed zebrafish developmental stages to find the answer. I am happy to share that our work, conducted with my students has been published in Scientific Reports. doi.org/10.1038/s41598…

Applying a foundation model for gene and cell to reconstruct gene regulatory networks (GRN). Great performance and transferability. It performs even for unseen cell type and regulators . Works by Guangzheng, @pcnmartin and @HyobinKim4 at Advanced Sci. doi.org/10.1002/advs.2…

I'm excited to share our recent preprint, which investigates scRNA-seq and spatial transcriptomic analysis in Parkinson’s disease patients from Korea. Working with human brain tissue has been invaluable, and I'm grateful for the contributors' valuable input in this study!
