Although I’m thankful @ButlerBiology gave me the knowledge and experiences for medical school — even more grateful for my botany, biomechanics, and tropical biology knowledge that makes vacations much more enjoyable 🇨🇷🌴

Everyone gets all excited for high acuity EM shifts — but low acuity can be just as fun & interesting: nail trephination, corneal FB removal, dog bite partial repair, cat scratch fever, etc (examples from past 2 shifts)

I haven’t been on ICU since August and I still bother the pharmacist about medicine questions Pharmacists do not get enough credit/kudos 🙌🏻🙌🏻
