I think that Deltarune's biggest flaw is its lack of commitment toward gameplay mechanics and smaller aspects of the narrative
target mechanic abandoned, item fusion abandoned, castle town dojo neglected, not enough special ACTs, no new character skills/spells, no chapter parity

frankly i'm a bit of an optimist when it comes to Deltarune's narrative in that I really could not come up with any issues i have with it off the top of my head but i think screentime is probably my biggest concern, some characters get too much and others far too little

The begining of chapter 3 felt like a weird dream and it was really cool... then the board sections started and it lowk felt sooo sloooww.
But chapter 4 saved the day by being the best one till now.
