I asked a question on tonight's Hot Mic episode to Jeff Sneider and he said he believes Universal will likely announce Jurassic 8 at CinemaCon. He then reiterated that Gareth Edwards will be returning as director.

As has been widly expected, Avatar: Fire and Ash won the Oscar for Visual Effects. But as I have been saying all along, being nominated is a tremendous honor in itself. I am still so happy to see Oscar Award Nominated Jurassic World Rebirth as part of tonight's Academy Awards.
