I've just had a realisation that a lot of the pro AI crowd are kinda old and maybe don't realise they already developed enough expertise to use AI in a nuanced way (if they choose). If you're young and use it, you simply won't develop. Full stop.

The UK will ban anyone 17 and under from ever buying cigarettes after the Tobacco and Vapes Bill cleared Parliament.
Anyone born after January 1, 2009 will never be able to legally purchase tobacco, aiming to create a smoke-free generation.

To me it is very notable that the first photo with an English-speaking Caribbean country PM is Grenada’s Dickon Mitchell.
If we recall the last 4 months of 2025 — it was Venezuela’s sovereignty being directly threatened by the US who asked Grenada 1st about a radar installation.

I don't think people understand the gravity of the situation as the UN is preparing for possible nuclear weapon use in Iran. This is a picture of Tehran. For you uneducated, untraveled, never-served, warhawks licking your chops at the thought of bombing it. It's not some low population desert. There are families, children, family pets. Regular working class people with dreams. You're sick to want war. Tehran is a city of nearly 10,000,000 people. Imagine nuking Washington, Berlin, Paris, London, or beyond, bombed with nuclear weapons. I gave up my diplomatic career to leak this information. I suspended my duties so as not to be part of or a witness to this crime against humanity, in an attempt to prevent a nuclear winter before it is too late. Yesterday, nearly ten million people protested “No Kings” in the United States. The possibility of the use of nuclear weapons must be taken very seriously. It's dangerous. Act now. To conserve energy in Egypt, restaurants and shops will all have to shut by 9pm for five days of the week; on weekends, they’ll need to close at 10pm. Egypt is also rolling out a work-from-home requirement every Sunday (start of the Egyptian work week) in April, which runs for a month, excluding schools, universities and hospitals.
