Many of you see me as a "party girl" but tbh, that's pretty far from the truth. 😂 Yes I know -how to party,- but the reason I've been LANtending and helping plan parties all these years, is to keep the community connected. It's always been my "why." So many show up to events barely knowing anyone.. and leave the same way in many cases. They go home not feeling connected to the community and likely will not return. As someone who was notoriously left out, not invited to things, and felt like an outsider most of my life, I wanted to step up and create that welcoming environment for the community I love most. Halo. Whether it was by hosting parties at an Airbnb, or even just bringing my orange backpack™ 🎒 (the mobile bartending kit) to a hotel lobby to keep the party and memories going after bar close. It was always important to me to do something, ANYTHING I could. To invite others in. To help them realize they, too, are an important part of this community. Honestly, the last 4 years have been incredible. I'm so blessed to have been able to meet all of you, pour you a drink or two, play your song requests, or just vibe. My heart is happy, and I'm proud of the community we've built together ❤️ Love, Your LANtender 🥂 Ps. pls hug me at Worlds if you see me. I'm gonna miss all of you so much 😭
