Vijay Kedia made 15x on TAC Infosec (₹106 → ₹1,671) Now he's quietly building a cybersecurity bouquet on the SME platform. Three positions. Same theme. All entered early:👇 - TAC Infosec — 10.95% World's 5th largest vulnerability management company. AI platform (ESOF) manages 5M+ vulnerabilities. CASA assessor for Google, Microsoft, Meta. - TechD Cybersecurity — 5.26% Zero debt. RoCE 81%, RoE 62%. A capital-light services compounder. - Sattrix Info Security — ~8-10% Added in Feb 2026 via preferential allotment at ₹347, near all-time high. H1FY26 profit jumped ~400% YoY. Premium 70x P/E entry. He also added Exato Technologies — 4.71% Listed Dec 2025. AI-CX / contact-center transformation (NOT cyber). Now here's the part most people are missing. His older cyber bets got smashed in Q4FY26: TAC Infosec — down (48%), TechD — down (31%) His overall portfolio is down (38%) from peak over 14 months. What did he do? He didn't trim. He didn't average down on the falling ones. He added two NEW names — Exato in Dec, Sattrix in Feb. That's not panic. That's not hope. That's a man who believes the theme is bigger than the drawdown. His core book stays untouched — Atul Auto (20.9%), Neuland, Elecon. Precision Camshafts was trimmed cleanly when it broke down. No averaging into weakness. Classic Kedia discipline. The pattern is hard to miss: Small companies. SME-listed. Early entry. High conviction. Long holding period. The same playbook that turned TAC into a 15-bagger is now being run across four names at once. If even one of these compounds the way TAC did, the math gets very interesting. Disc: Not advice. Just an observation worth sitting with...👀 #Investing #CyberSecurity #VijayKedia #SmallCap

High Growth + Strong Returns + Reasonable Valuation. 40%+ growth, ROCE 20%+, PE < 25 25 stocks (MCap 1000-10,000 cr) cleared the screen but these are the 11 #Stocks that I will be studying in detail for more clarity. Here is the detailed breakdown. Bucket 1: Clean Growth, High ROCE Oswal Pumps, CMP ₹391, PE 12.7 ROCE 77% | Growth: Sales +48%, Profit +58% 77% ROCE at PE 12.7 is the kind of combination you see maybe twice a year on a screen. Agricultural & industrial pump demand has been strong, largely driven by rural infrastructure spending, & this company is visibly taking market share. The reason it is still trading at this level could be that larger investors have not looked at it closely yet. This one is worth digging into properly. Sathlokhar Systems, CMP ₹407, PE 15.2 ROCE 53% | Growth: Sales +40%, Profit +40% Sales & profit are growing at the same pace here, which usually means the company is scaling without much operating leverage showing up yet. That said, ROCE at 53% rules out any capital misallocation story. One thing that needs checking here is whether the client base is project-driven or recurring & this answer can change long-term thesis completely. K P Energy, CMP ₹329, PE 14.9 ROCE 41% | Growth: Sales +70%, Profit +57% Gujarat-based wind energy developer, PE under 15. India's wind capacity addition has been picking up & Gujarat remains one of the most active states. Profit at 57% running behind sales at 70% means execution margins dipped during scaling, fairly normal for project businesses. The FY26 order book will tell you most of what you need to know here. Bucket 2: High Growth, Sector Tailwinds Rajesh Power, CMP ₹1007, PE 15.4 ROCE 54% | Growth: Sales +232%, Profit +223% At this scale, 232% growth is usually linked to a large execution cycle rather than steady demand expansion. At PE 15.4 with ROCE at 54%, the stock looks cheap if the current order book supports even 80 to 100% revenue next year. If the pipeline has thinned out after a strong run, that PE re-rates upward quickly as growth normalises. Alpex Solar, CMP ₹1021, PE 14.0 ROCE 50% | Growth: Sales +226%, Profit +226% Margins held steady even while scaling 226% — that points to disciplined execution or favourable pricing on domestic module contracts. The bigger concern would be Chinese module price erosion making imports competitive again. At this price, some of that risk is already sitting in the valuation. Oriana Power, CMP ₹2021, PE 17.7 ROCE 42% | Growth: Sales +107%, Profit +138% Profit growing faster than sales at 138% versus 107%, you are likely seeing fixed costs getting absorbed over a larger revenue base. Given where it is trading today, if execution holds for a few more quarters, the market could start assigning a higher multiple. KP Green Engineering, CMP ₹402, PE 19.1 ROCE 30% | Growth: Sales +103%, Profit +112% ROCE at 30% is the softest in this bucket. In EPC businesses, working capital can stretch during fast scaling & pull that number down further. Worth watching receivables days in the next quarterly balance sheet before adding meaningful exposure. Bucket 3: Explosive Growth One Global Service, CMP ₹639, PE 20 Growth: Sales +362%, Profit +440% Whether this sustains depends largely on the business model & how concentrated the client base is. At PE 20, the market is not pricing in a repeat of 440%, so even a slowdown to 80 or 100% keeps it interesting. Needs more work before taking a view. GK Energy, CMP ₹120, PE 13 Growth: Sales +166%, Profit +269% PE 13 with 269% profit growth means the market either has not found this yet or has looked & found something uncomfortable. Both are genuinely possible at this size. This is not something you take a position in based on a screen alone. Bondada Engineering, CMP ₹335, PE 19 Growth: Sales +134%, Profit +150% With regional EPC companies, the usual concern is payment cycles. If cash flows are in line with reported profits, the valuation looks reasonable. If there is a gap, the quality of earnings becomes questionable. That one check matters more than anything else here. Afcom Holdings, CMP ₹747, PE 16 Growth: Sales +61%, Profit +86% Profit running ahead of sales at 86% versus 61% whichusually means either better asset utilisation or some pricing power coming through. At these levels, neither is priced in. Not a bad one to keep tracking over the next few quarters. So where do we go from here: The screen has narrowed it to 25 names & now I have further filtered it to 11. It is about figuring out which ones can sustain this & which ones are just riding a cycle. For me, I would spend more time on the first 2 buckets before going anywhere near the rest. The combination of high ROCE, strong growth & low PE in Bucket 1 especially is not something you come across often, analyse it deeply.
