You think believing in a transcendental being is a sign of intellectual deficiency. I told you already, you cosplay intellect because you don’t actually possess it. Here are five major scientists who believed in God: Isaac Newton Johannes Kepler Blaise Pascal Michael Faraday James Clerk Maxwell Newton wrote more theological treatises than scientific papers. But by your logic, these men lack intellect simply because they believed in God. You brought up Ethiopian Christianity. Their distinction is that they are more orthodox, maintaining strong continuity with 4th-century Christianity. That was the period when Christianity began to shape state power and political life. So what you’re indirectly praising is a form of Christianity that permeates governance, politics, and society as a whole. That’s a strange position for someone who claims “White Jesus” is imperialist. I can’t even engage you on cosmological or teleological arguments. It’s a sad state of affairs, waking up daily to convince yourself you have intellectual depth by parroting ideas that collapse under the lightest scrutiny. Sad.
Biggest Mack@Big_Mck

I have nothing to prove to you regarding intellectualism. For me, it’s not a performance like it is for most of you. Imagine going back and forth with someone who believes in a sky daddy. Someone who’s drunk on western propaganda called White Jesus. And before start yapping about how your religion began in Africa, you should visit Ethiopia and see if the their brand of Christianity looks anything like yours. You believe in an imaginary deity, and that disqualifies you from any intellectual conversation. You should get a life, have some self respect, and stop worshipping those who enslaved your ancestors. For the issue at hand, I will leave this below. x.com/big_mck/status…

I once went down into a rabbit hole of how Singapore turned their economy around to becoming one of the world superpower, and I came across how Nigeria was instrumental to that development. How you may ask? When Lee Kuan Yew visited Nigeria and saw how we were criminally..

I rarely do this but you’re forcing me to react with a laughing emoji 😂 “Newton believing in a cultural tool created by his own civilization.” Newton was English. Christianity is an offshoot from Judaism which is a monotheistic religion that dates back to the Stone Age Levantine population. Christianity is Middleeastern and it only spread abroad from there historically. Your sheer ignorance is bewildering. But let me grant your argument. Whether it was a cultural tool or not, he believed in a transcendental being. Not just him. I mentioned others. Around 65% of all Nobel Laureate since 1901 identified as Christians. But it is you, Biggest Mack, a Twitter user who has no intellectual capital beyond the narratives that the hubris of David Hundeyin exudes thinks believing in an infinite being is a sign of intellectual deficiency. You don’t know much. At all. And it shows. But if you’re confident, you can come on a space to make your claims. I’ll be more than glad to oblige you.
Biggest Mack@Big_Mck

The whole point of not going back and forth with you is that you can’t even differentiate between an Isaac Newton believing in a cultural tool created by his own civilization and you, Lekan, all the way from Nigeria, believing in this tool of subservience manufactured and tweaked before exporting to you. As in, the very fact there’s 99% chance you would have been a Muslim if the vagina you popped out from belonged to a Northern Nigerian woman, is enough not to engage you in any serious intellectual conversation proves my point. It’s just like quoting Elon Musk who now appears to be pivoting to Christianity from atheism. When in fact, he’s only doing that cos the new Trump regime, which he’s party to, has resorted to the old colonial tool of religion for the purpose of recolonizing you. You are quoting a period when Christianity began shaping politics. Maybe you need familiarize yourself with why that was necessary, why it had to happen before it was exported to you, and the role it played in making you the indoctrination tool that you are today (incapable of thinking for yourself).

That intrinsic love for the soil gan gan is where our government failed us, along with poor border management. Love for the nation rather than tribe was one of the first things kwame Nkrumah tackled in Ghana. Even though he did not entirely succeed, it’s a big part of why Ghana seems a lot more peaceful than Nigeria. There are many things we need to get right. But if we localize our power to the smaller units. So much will change, especially in peaceful places. Imagine if the person responsible for fixing your water or road stays in your city. He too will know he’s supposed to repair it before the next council meeting. This is all about power consolidation problem of Nigeria. One day we will discuss how poor international policy and open borders are the backbone of our insecurity problems, as well as tribal accommodation of nonsense

@nifemi_os @richtosho Now you are making sense. Thus this is what we need now. Conversations of the way forward. We don't need to compete with anyone. We need to have intrinsic love for the soil that birthed us that is just the difference between us and other countries because we don't

lol. This we had democracy, we’ve barely had democracy. Barely. And we’ve significantly developed in that time. The thing is, when you’re down in the dumps, everyone has so much to say. Is the smallest city better than Singapore? No. Does the smallest city have the potential to be better? Other than Lagos city, port harcourt maybe Kano, I don’t think so. Do we need to be on the level on Singapore though? No. We don’t. But like I said before, if we bring down our leadership to a local level, our small cities will be strong enough to not have to pander to ridicule. That’s where we are. That’s what should work for us.

Will the UN ever condemn the Ottoman Empire or demand reparations for Eastern Europeans? Those people endured 500 years of slavery, yet their descendants aren't shaking down modern Turkey for a check. It is an absolute scam for people who were never slaves to demand money from people who never owned them. This entire reparations circus is illogical garbage that needs to be shut down permanently.

This fraudulent narrative has to stop. This is the kind of flawed anecdote some African Christians copy to justify the enslavement of their own people. It’s sad, especially because it is based on a completely untrue. Slavery (transatlantic slavery) began with Europeans, particularly the Portuguese arriving on the coasts of Africa and kidnapping people indiscriminately. Yes, it started with kidnapping. From there, they moved to formalize and commercialize the practice, and eventually constructing slave dungeons to sustain the trade. They would approach natives and deceive them into believing they were building trading centers. By the time these structures were completed, it became clear that they were not trading posts but slave dungeons. Anyone who resisted was killed and their village burned. There were many rulers in Ghana who were either killed or exiled for resisting this idea. (Go and read about them). Once these Europeans had established and legitimized their slave dungeons, they began arming different groups along the coast to fight one another. War captives were then brought to these dungeons and sold. Many of those captured only realized they had been played when they found themselves together on the same European slave ships. It’s sad that our people don’t know their history.
Wilfred Reilly@wil_da_beast630
