Last year this time, I was in my parent’s house depressed af. I took one bold step and moved to Lusaka. Within 3 weeks I found a job. Here I am now, proudly living alone and paying my own bills. It’s not luck, it’s determination. I will have another story to tell next year August

@roza_peters I did them for the first time in 2019 and said never again. I was true to my word. 2023 I decided to do butterfly locs. I was in pain for 2 weeks 😫. But I have a feeling I’ll do this again 🥲✊🏾
