This sucks big time. 6A is broken. Chandler is not a good coach…he is a GREAT Coach. I’m hoping and praying with Jim Deans leadership that we can fix the issues that we currently have. Losing guys like Chandler is not a good look for our 6A conference. ADs got to figure it out. Besides the 4 or 5 schools that have the “top kids”, we need to make decisions that’s best for every kid.

This young coach walked into the hardest situation any coach could think of. But he took it on, brought the community together as well the faith of the boys. Sometimes you cannot do it on your own. PXU needs to look at what needs to be done to stop losing good coaches.

My heart is extremely full. I have stepped down as Head Coach @ Cesar Chavez HS. We have been able to do some pretty special things on the field the past decade but more important to me is the brotherhood and memories I have made with the guys off the field. Love y’all 🙏🏻💜❤️
