I made potato croquettes! But I think they turned out a bit dry and also kinda falling apart.
I will try to do better next time but I'm not quite sure of what to do better!

I do like cooked carrots though unless they're too mushy.

@photon_barrier I like them as long as they're raw. If they've been cooked in any way they just taste wrong to me somehow.
My diabetes nurse made me promise to eat at least one carrot a day when I was there monday. Managed to keep it up so far at least.

Ah no sorry I'm the croquettes! You first mix eggs into the mashed potatoes. You then roll the croquettes into whipped eggs before you roll them in panko. But after you've rolled them in flour. 🤔
