I'm officially 200 pounds less than I was at my heaviest! I wanted to wait until I lost a bit more, but I felt too excited about it to not post now. I'm the same weight now as I was as a teenager, it feels unreal.

My doctor listened to me and took my pain levels seriously and is trying to find ways to manage it. She also is referring me to a specialist and my follow up ultrasound. She's doing everything she can to help and planning the next steps for me❤️❤️❤️

So from today onward, I'm fasting. (Water + Vitamins + Electrolytes.) Can't have booze, can't have sugar, can't have food in general. Why? Gotta fix my insulin resistance. Could stand to lose a few pounds. I'm sick of spending money on food. (and I'm broke) Dr's appointments.
