Bakugo’s speech habit is to choose “the shortest word possible” to communicate. This habit is overlooked in the scans, not because the translators did a bad job, but some Japanese words are just impossible to translate directly. Below are some examples

@Sirens_Scales @artyoxenfree Could be that it's not reaching the right ones indeed! Fixing summary&tags should help with that. Also, consider if it's a oneshot or multichapter. Hits:Kudos is usually lower for multichap since the same reader hits multiple times but can only leave kudos once. You got this!🙌

@JustPiyoko @artyoxenfree Great advice! Hits are low, and I can fix that with a better summary, tagging, etc. But hits : kudos ratio is also much lower than my fics usually have, which tells me maybe the fic didn’t land as effectively as I’d hoped or maybe wasn’t reaching the *right* readers

@Sirens_Scales @artyoxenfree I fully understand the feeling, you worked hard on something, you had expectations for it, and the disappointment is real. How are your hits looking like for this story? Maybe not enough people saw it yet? Try updating the summary, that helped one of my stories once.

@artyoxenfree @JustPiyoko A flop to me may not be a flop to you! This one fic didn’t garner much of a response, and I’m disappointed. I thought what I wrote was good, but apparently it did not grab people. I’m not blaming the reader; just disappointed I failed.

#bkdk ok what if post war, Izuku's very touchy and open with Katsuki, to the point that it's almost bordering romantic. But when people ask him about it, Izuku's just "oh Kacchan's just my best friend!" All happy and unassuming, that the person can't help but feel bad for Katsuki
